Parent Talk Time – Mathematics with Megan Graham
Friday 24th August 2012 – 9am in the Staffroom
Maths is an integral part of your child’s learning and the foundation of many subjects. Here at Fendalton we use the most up to date strategies when teaching maths, and we are continually upgrading our skills as professionals.
During this talk time, the focus will be on strategy cards, support programmes in the school and how you can support your child at home. We will be looking at key aspects of Mathematics and demonstrating some new support materials being introduced into school.
(Other members of the maths team will also be at the talk time to answer questions.)
Welcome back to 2012, we hope that you all had a great holiday. Following on from the great success of the Parent Talk Times last year, we will be running these again throughout the year This is a time for us to focus on the things that you as parents, caregivers and the Fendalton Community, would like to know more about.
