I have been the GATES (Gifted and Talented) Coordinator here at Fendalton School since mid- 2009. Prior to that I taught Future Problem Solving (FPS) at the school on Mondays.
I have been teaching for over 20 years and have been working specifically with highly able and gifted children for eleven years. Other schools I have taught gifted children at include Cobham Intermediate School and Redcliffs School. I have two highly gifted children, a son and a daughter.
I really enjoy working with groups of children in the GATES Room, coordinating the different extension programmes within the school and working with teachers on classroom planning, or in their classrooms with class programmes.
I work at Fendalton School on Mondays, Tuesdays, and also on Thursday mornings.
