My name is Andre and this year I am happy to be teaching and learning with the wonderful talented members of team 15. I am looking forward to a productive and fun year.
I believe that children learn best when they enjoy what they are doing and feel valued and included as part of a team. I have previously worked with students at a wide variety of ages and abilities and I really enjoy teaching at the primary level.
I moved to New Zealand from Australia in 2008. Before coming to Christchurch I taught for two years in Ashburton. In my spare time I enjoy reading, music watching movies and scuba diving and mountain biking. I am also a huge fan of science fiction, having been raised watching Doctor Who from behind the couch.
